Mental Health Promotion

People take mental health much more seriously today. However, there remains a clear disparity in the availability of care and awareness among all classes of society.

We believe that encouraging mindful living and mental well-being begins with a platform that freely educates and empowers society.

Our mission is to prevent mental health problems by promoting a healthier lifestyle for the mind and body.

With that goal in mind, our organization has launched several free training and awareness programmes.

In these endeavours, Ms Amala R, (MSc Ecology and Environmental Science, Pondicherry) has stood as the project coordinator since we began and her presence in managing them has been quite invaluable.

We also invite young professionals to volunteer and expand their knowledge on real-world problems.

Youth Enhancement Training

Life is increasingly becoming more complex for younger generations with the leaping changes in our environment and society. We provide the necessary training to achieve the life skills and resilience needed to live a more fulfilling life.

Mindful Parenting & Well-being

Parenting styles shape the way children develop their attitudes towards the world. We understand that and provide support to achieve better communication within the family and promote mindful parenting.

Work-Life Balance Training

Over time work has become very demanding, ending up consuming most of people’s time, making them burnt-out faster. Our training programme helps in learning to manage stress and achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Coping With Old Age

People often struggle to find purpose and stay active as they enter their old age. We conduct training to help them deal with these challenges and prioritise better intergenerational relationships.

Special group Support

We consider the mental health of special groups (such as tribal population and LGBTQ members) who have been historically marginalized in society of utmost importance. We provide support to these groups to better their psychological well-being and help them move forward in society.

Premarital Counselling

Ensuring that both partners enter a marriage with realistic expectations and healthy communication methods can lead to a happier relationship. Our premarital counselling programme helps young couples build healthy relationship dynamics and a stronger bond.

Sex Education

Topics of sex and sexuality are still a taboo in our society. Simply letting children know the difference between good and bad touch is not nearly enough. We educate young adolescents on all aspects of sex and encourage them to know more to prevent sexual or psychological problems.

Career Designing

Navigating a variety of career choices can get overwhelming for students. We help them discover suitable career paths through advanced psychometric tools and expert counselling.

Want to join us as a volunteer?

We have a special volunteering opportunity for students of psychology to participate in our community intervention programmes. This opportunity is intended to introduce students to the real-life psychological conditions prevalent among people and understand how to help them.
